Jeff Schrecengost, Execution and Finance

Jeff Schrecengost is an experienced and highly successful technology leader.  He is a founder and Managing Partner at Legerity LLC. 

At Anthem, Jeff was responsible for all aspects of application development and support in for the Government Business Division. The Government Business Division of Anthem represents about 40 billion dollars in revenue to the organization and is inclusive of Medicaid, Medicare and federal government products. 

Before joining Anthem, Mr. Schrecengost served in various roles at Amerigroup including Director and then associate Vice President of Information Technology. He directly managed development and support staff for multiple initiatives promoting overall business growth.

Jeff is a proud alumni of Old Dominion University and avid supporter of the Monarchs.

Andrew Downing, Business Development

Andy has over 34 years of experience as a highly successful business leader.  He is a founder and Managing Partner at Legerity LLC. 

Andy is the President and CEO of PinPoint IT where he is responsible for strategic planning, safeguarding Pinpoint’s culture, and implementing quality processes.

He formerly was the President and COO of Metro Information Services, a $325 million IT Staffing and Solutions company that maintained 44 offices throughout the US and Puerto Rico.

Mr. Downing is also the Founder and President of GlobeMed Resources, a highly successful international healthcare staffing company.

His expertise in building infrastructures, hiring key staff, and planning growth are critical to Legerity’s success.

He is a proud alumni of the University of Virginia’s Business School.

Jamisson Fowler, Advisor

Jamisson Fowler is an experienced and highly successful technology leader. He is an advisor to Legerity LLC.

As Vice President of Digital Technologies in Information Technology at Anthem, Inc., he led a $1bb portfolio of technologies.  His team focused on ideation, development and creation of new technologies, tools and programs to better serve Anthem’s customers – providers and consumers. Jamisson was instrumental in starting the Anthem Innovation lab and driving digital change across the organization.  This involved authoring and driving the implementation of an enterprise wide scaled agile framework. 

Prior to joining Anthem, Mr. Fowler served for over 12 years at Amerigroup in various technology and operational roles including leading a team as Vice President of Information Technology. During his tenure, the company experienced significant growth becoming one of the largest managed care companies serving 4.5 million members. Amerigroup was repeatedly recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America prior to Anthem’s acquisition of the company in 2012.

Jamisson is a former associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a programmer and technical lead supporting application implementations for the financial services industry.

Heidi Anderson, Advisor

With over 20 years of combined experience in the education, non-profit, and healthcare technology industries, Heidi’s passion is helping individuals, teams and organizations flourish by focusing on their best opportunities for success.  She brings specific expertise in employee engagement, building high performing teams, and promoting positive organizational cultures.

She has managed all aspects of organizational health including project execution and portfolio management as well as overall cultural health. She ideated and built a real-time associate sentiment tracking tool to manage associate wellbeing and led a values campaign for a nearly 60,000 associate organization. Additionally, she has built Balanced Scorecards and Strategy Maps to support overall organizational performance as well as played instrumental roles in Agile transformations for large scale workforces.

Heidi completed her graduate work at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is also a proud Bulldog having her undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia.
